You start, with sticking the apple onto the forklike spikes.
You then start to turn the lever, and keep doing that, until you made your way to the top. This procedure should not take longer than 10 seconds.
You take the apple off of the machine. You should now have a very nicely peeled apple, ready for your usage.
Living in Austria, we used the apples to make Apfelstrudel.
