There have been a lot of spam mails going around, from “Paypal” , “Ebay” and alike, telling you thinks like your credit card has expired, or they upgraded servers and need you to login, or even that your account was hacked and you need to relogin. These emails look disgustingly real, but they are not. What these criminals try to do is called Phisching, which is short for Password Fisching. There has been an article in an austrian newspaper, the online version of it. Paypal or Ebay WOULD NEVER EMAIL YOU telling you to login. Never. Be very careful, and deleate these mails right away. They look very real, I know, but they are not.
