With people getting younger at everything, the expectations that people have in the young generation, are rising. How do you manage?

I find it really hard to live up to these expactations. While getting an education, people expect you to find a boyfriend, possibly have 2 kids before you turn 20, with 25, you must be done with College/Uni/whatever, maybe have a well paid job, and by the time you are 30, you are long expected to be married, with family, and job.

I get some feedback from outside lately, and it is confusing me to no end. My cousin is telling me, since I have hit puberty really, that my biological clock is running *idiot!*. Someone from work told me, I must find a boyfriend soon, or I will be left over.

What is this??? I cannot keep up at all. It seems like I am so far behind already, and I´ll never catch up.

So much pressure from so many sites. Can anyone blame people for fleeing from reality?
