No Unreasonable Exchange

brownkiko.gifI meant to blog yesterday, but damn, Harvest Moon ate all of my time. I actually did what I havent done since The Sims Fiasko many years ago. I played until early morning, and totally overslept, missing my first lecture. Someone burn that game, NOW! I am actually not playing now, improvement! I did play before though.

Labpet turned Kiko, and brown!

I am still on my Harry Potter Septathlon. Sadly, but work made it nearly impossible to read, always too tired. I am really enjoying being able to do all the things that I love without being deadly tired. Anyway. One reason why I love the series so much, is because JRK has put so much love into it, planing it out in great detail, hiding bits of clues and hints throughout the complete series. If we had just known, is all I can say. 😳 Anyway again, I came across a pretty powerful quote. Powerful in the sence… that if you know book 7, it makes you think. I dont think this is a spoiler.

… “Yes indeed,” said Dumbledore, and he raised his blackened, burned-looking hand. “The ring, Harry. Marvolo´s ring. And a terrible curse there was upon it too. Had it not been – forgive me the lack of seemly modesty – for my own prodigious skill, and for Professor Snape´s timely action when I returned to Hogwarts, desperately injured, I might not have lived to tell the tale. However, a withered hand does not seem an unreasonable exchange for a seventh of Voldemort´s soul.”…
Bloomsbury Version, p470/471

In any case, tomorrow will be a dreadful day. Uni from 10.00 am – 8.00 pm, and guitar quartett from 7.50 pm to 9.00 pm. Good God. When will I play Harvest Moon?

Here I was afraid of the cake going bad, and then my brother showed me otherwise in eating half of it in probably not even 15 minutes! His nerves, he threw them away yesterday, I had to finish his “semester project”, he was already way late with it.

I really do hate people just dropping by without calling first. Especially why on earth do people think we are willing to discuss my parents whenever they feel like it? Geeesh, leave us alone.

And now, after a nice cup of hot tea while reading HP 6, an episode of House with a bit of knitting. Luxury.
