What happened at the end of the closing ceremony? (it was on wayt too early in thne mormning for me and will be on again tonight, but I’ll be at work!)

Nothing! Absolutely nothing. The beginning was awesome! Then the official part was ok too. Then as the last part was a 40 minute concert full with greek music. It got so boring after a while that all the sportspeople who were in the middle, left. Dead embarassing when the camera did a zoom out, you could see an empy stadium in the middle. The concert was over, and that was the ending. I am not sure the people that bought tickets understood right away that it was over. Mad! Absolutely mad. For the fireworks, they did those in the middle….

I didn’t watch the opening ceremony, I listened to it a bit but I think 3/4 hours was a bit long. Awwww wow, that sleepy turtle *cuteness*. Oh you are welcome for the button, it isn’t anything special really. By the way, I have changed themes and everything is fine now 😀

I agree with you about that lame closing ceremony! 🙁 I was expecting somthing awesome & after the 2nd Greek singer I just switched channels…glad I did now that I know that it went downhill from there. I thought the opening ceremonies were incredibly beautiful & mesmerizing. Ah, well, can’t win ’em all!
