The Future Of Raffle
POSTED in: Turtelina

I finally got a huge burden off my chest. Something a former guitar teacher said to me, has hung over me for years, demotivating me incredibly. Whenever I couldnt play something immediatly, I heard it over and over in my head. I FINALLY asked my guitar teacher if he thought that this is true, and he just shook his head and he seemed pretty pissed too. It took me years to muster up the courage to ask him, because I was so afraid of the answer. He gave me a huge ego boost, I hope I can use that to get off my lazy butt and practice more.

The Da Vinci Code is an awesome read, another book which you cant put away.

I got my turtle charms today which I auctioned over Ebay last week. They are so cool, I will make a couple of things with them, and then make some sort of raffle. I definitly dont want people randomly dropping by and sign up, it should be more of a reward for the people reading my boring stuff, people linking to me, or people always posting at FFAF. I will think of something.

Thank you SO MUCH to everyone who uploaded a Gravatar! My comments look so much nicer now! ➡ And thank you Catherine for successfully joining the Turtle Zoo!

Hugs for: Becka, Bron, Freckles, J.T., Kathrin, Kir, Letti, Lucy, Wendy and everyone else!

I really enjoyed *Da Vinci Code*…especially having been to many of the locations in real life. They’re gonna start filming the movie this summer I think. Should be a fun ride!

I bought the Da Vinci Code November last year and I still haven’t read it. I should really read it this month.

Glad you got to talk to your guitar teacher. It’s always nice to get things off your back. 🙂 I read the Da Vinci Code a few months ago and thout it was all right, but not great. It certainly was fast-paced though. 😛

Oh, you have been to France? We used to camp there for a few years. Isnt it dead hot on all of the pavement during summer? They earn themselves crazy, all the fluids are so expensive. I hope the movie wont be disappointing. They often ruin good books. *thinks*

I am glad you have realised that you are not a bad player, you are really excellent Connie. I am glad you mustered up the courage to ask him, I am proud of you for that. I also got my flute results – 231/300, which I am really pleased with! I have to sort out WordPress, but am not getting many replies in the forums 🙁

CONGRATULATIONS dear Nicki!!!!! I am so happy for you, especially that it is over now. 🙂 That is always the best when you did well and it is over! To WP, it could be a path problem.

I went to Paris a few years ago in the scorching middle of AUGUST! Spent a lot of time in museums. Tom Hanks is playing the lead role. I hope they stick to the book — cause it reads like a movie I think.
