I ended up watching the complete Songcontest live yesterday. It is more exciting when your own country is in the contest competing, but I guess we wouldnt have survived the qualification anyway. There were a couple of good songs, and a bunch of really bad ones, as always.

I finally watched the Ugly Betty finale, and it was brilliant! Probably the best episode all season. I loved the cuts, some were hilarious. I loved Mark and Amanda, especially in the scene in the Park cheerleading, and doing cart wheels and stuff. The little kid, what are you doing here, and why are you wearing eye shadow, HAHA! So good. And the last scene, with Betty stepping out of the door and the camera zooming out, everything black and white, but Betty. Sooooo brilliant. I think I am going to rewatch it now. What do you think is she going to do? I have a feeling that she is going neither with Giu or Henry. If she has to go, I hope she is going to Rome. I cannot wait to find out. Dont forget to listen and watch to the Ugly Betty Podcasts, they are always funny and brilliant!
Despite the impression that you might have after reading this entry, I actually barely watch tv, I swear!
This Raspberry Vanilla Cake I baked around midnight, while waiting for the results from Serbia. The cake is pretty good. Raspberries and Vanilla pudding is always a good combination. Easy and fast to make, too.
Not much else. So tired. Havent done a thing all weekend. Damn. So lazy.

Ich habs auch gesehen – Schnuckel musste mit mir zur Strafe gucken *GG* (mehr dazu morgen Abend in meinem Bericht – ich sollte schon längst schlafen…).
Ich finde das Lied hässlich – No Angels fand ich auch doof – wir haben es auch mal wieder nicht geschafft – ich könnte dir nicht mal sagen für wen ich gestimmt hätte. Die älteren Herren des einen Balkan-Staates haben mir gefallen… Ich habe noch immer das Balkan-Gen.

My 1st thought was that BETTY chose NEITHER! I’m guessing she went flying off to see the GRAND CANYON on her own as a tribute to her mother who never got to see it! Maybe she’ll WRITE about it!!!!! 😀

I haven’t watched the Eurovision this year.. I think the Dutch contestant wasn’t too good (she can definitely sing, but the song sucked). It’s been years and years since the Netherlands last won anyways 😉

I don’t watch Ugly Betty, but (as mentioned in your previous post) I thought the Ghost Whisperer season finale was pretty good.. and (in case you watch) all the CSI ones too o__O

Meine Meinung zum SongContest? Das war sie doch schon *G*
Die Schweizer können auch nichts und als DJ Bobo (den ich als Mensch mag, die Musik jedoch nicht so mein Ding ist) noch nen coolen Song vorbrachte, kamen die Kirchen-Deppen und sprachen von Satanismus *pah* – dann sollen sie halt weiterhin nicht teil nehmen oder den Kirchenchor schicken.

Eurovision is just getting worse. It’s completely political now. I liked the Latvia and Croatio entries, but I didn’t see them all in full.
The pudding looks delicious. I might have to make that when I go home 🙂
