Who would have thought how complicated a simple ordering of a tv channel can be.

We decided to get the 24 hour Big Brother channel. We try to order it online. Logging in never worked there, why should it work today, of course it did not. Fine. We search for the order by telephone number. We found it. Number does not work. Why they put the german number on the austrian site, is beyond me. Ok. We then wanted to check the tv programm for the order number. Unfortunatly we didnt get a tv programm since over a month, even though we called and complained. After some thinking, we then decided to call the support number. Support is only here from Monday to Saturday. So that did not work either. My brother than remembered that they show the order 24 hour channel numbers between the daily 45 minute summary. Good thing we taped one. We look for the tape, and start fast forwarding. Until we remember, that we turned the recorder off between the brakes. Grrr. What is this, how bad can a service be?

The weekend went by way to fast. My skin is still horrible. 🙁
