My brother came home dead drunk this morning. Not the first time really. Even though he slept all day, he seems to be still drunk. It is disgusting. At least not during the week this time.

He starts a new placement on Wednesday. I hope he gets placed to an inquisitor, that would be cool. He would have to question people, and go down into prison to “listen” over the visitation hour. He told yesterday that a colleague told him that he questioned a 19 year old who tried to stab her boyfriend because he didnt arrive in time :shock:, I am sure she will land in prison.

The Harry Potter DVD was released here today, I joined the christmas shopper crowds and got it, yay!!! It looks pretty good, but it is “fast”. Maybe too fast. And really, I am going Christmas shopping during the week, never again on a Saturday at noon, yikes.

We have mice in the house. They used to be out on the porch, and now they are in here. I saw one running over my brothers bed today. The dog not even bothering to look up.

I made my parents write a wishlist for the Christkind (our Santa Clause) this weekend. Christmas is really not about presents, we are very catholic (or better my Mom is), but they dont buy anything for themselves all year, and they wont let me buy things for them (sometimes I just do it), so I am taking my chance! 🙂 Maybe some ideas for someone:

Espresso Machine (already bought), Pyjamas, Scarf (I am going to knit one), Socks, Sweater, Hermann Maier book, Music Cd, Vanity Bag and so on. Not sure for which things I will decide, but that is what is on their list so far.

We should trade Christmas Cards again this year!
