Raise Your Hand!
POSTED in: Pluggie

Has anyone read any of the these books and are they worth reading?

Angelina Jolie’s: Notes from My Travels
Tuesdays with Morrie
Catch Me If You Can: The True Story of a Real Fake
Memoirs of a Geisha : A Novel

I think everyone that hasnt visit Schildies yet, should really visit it. Its for all your turtely needs. We are very pleased that more people are linking back to us now.

The most popular things, which are not season dependant, are:

The Rating Turtles
The Mini Turtle Smilies
Blank Button Set One

We are working on more things, but if you have wishes, we are always open for suggestions.

I know (stats are your friend!) that a lot of people come here looking for a knitted Ipod cover, and I was wondering if you need better instructions than the very basic ones I already gave. If you do, let me know. But then, there are already some out there, why dont you do a Google Search. 💡

I plan to make a crotched Ipod mini cover for my sister. Yup , I don’t own one yet and never will . I’m such a klutz when it comes to digital gadgets.

I have seen the film “Catch me If you Can” and it was good, so I would read the book.

I have read Memoirs of a Geisha and it was excellent. This summer I’m looking to read Jimmy Got His Gun and Blood & Chocolate. I’ve heard those two are very good as well

I haven’t read any of the books you listed, but I would like to read Memoirs of a Geisha and Catch Me If You Can sometime – I’ve heard good things about both of them. And I’ve reorganized the navigation and some of the content on my site and finally stuck up a credit page, so Schildies is linked there for the smilies. 🙂

I read *Geisha* & it was quite fascinating…since I never knew anything about that world before. It’s also a fairy tale in it’s own way. I’m looking forward to the movie.

Memoirs of a Geisha was an excellent book. I just let a friend borrow my copy of the book, and I would definitely recommend it to others. They’re coming out with a movie version of it, and I think the book would be much better than the movie.

I’ve read Memoirs of a Geisha several times and needless to say I love it. IMO the author has a great style, v descriptive. Must warn you though that the ending might be disappointing(it was to me), but the book is still very much worth it!
