Safe For IE, I Think

I *THINK*, it is safe to enter this site with Internet Explorer now. Note: I am not using Internet Explorer, if you are spotting errors, like on the comment page, can you let me know? Possibly with a screenshot. 😀 Not quite, dang.

One of the biggest issues was my use of pngs. To display them properly in IE, I have added a Javascript found at this page. Works well enough. And I can show off my “turtle art” in pngs now, rather than gifs or with background!

I also added some icons, which were hugely inspired by the icons from Famfam and Ndesign Studio.

Last but not least, the background was made possible with Bgmaker.

I will add a credits page one of these days. 😛

IE not exactly right I’m afraid. The purple box (left in FF) is way down on the page below the entries—- the typeface in the main entries is huge & takes up all the space. Don’t know if that’s any help to you.

sag mal, wie hast du das hingekriegt, dass man auf einzelne kommentare antworten kann? und den gravatar einbauen..wie geht das?

Das sind Plugins Kathrin. Geh noch mal auf die Pluginseite die ich Dir mal geschickt hab, und geh auf die Commentplugins, da sind die dabei. :.)

Ich versteh keinen, der noch mit IE surft!

das gravatarplugin hab ich sogar gefunden! muss ich da noch irgendwo was einfügen – also außer das zu aktivieren mein ich jetzt.. ich kapier sowas echt nie *grummel*

Du musst Dir das dazugehoerige Readme durchlesen, Du musst diverse templatefiles bearbeiten.

Ist nicht so schwer, aber mach vorher unbedingt ein backup von den files die Du bearbeitest, damit Du die Originale falls was schief geht, immer wieder rauflade kannst!
