On privacy
POSTED in: Ramblings

My brother found my online journal. 😈 Which is pretty bad. He made a very dumb comment a couple of days ago, that´s why I am pretty sure that he read quite a bunch of it. I thought that it is almost a rule that everyone knows by now, that online journals are not written so that relatives can read them. *grrr* I wanted to password protect it anyway. Which is nothing more than a moral boundary for anyone really, because those password protection thingies are so easy to hack. 🙄 Sigh. I guess the best is, to keep it all in the head. Because if relatives want to read your journal, they will. If it´s a real one, or a virtual one, doesn´t matter. So much for privacy.

How do you all password protect your journals and galleries?

Do you all watch the Osbournes? I love that show a lot! I especially love the doggies. *yumm*

And how could I forget… I NEED A NEW THEME… but as always, I can´t come up with one.

    Flower themes are always beautiful

I hate to say it, but people will ALWAYS find your online journal UNLESS you password protect it. At the same time, people HAVE WAYS of going around that too.

    Blah.

Oh man, it’s like your little brother finds your actually little handwritten journal and runs telling everyone what is in it. UGH. I do keep my tongue in my journal because I want to be sure I don’t offend family or friends or reveal more then I want them to know. It sucks I know but I think it’s the right thing to do.

So a new theme, well one of my fav themes is flowers. I know it girlie but so lovely.

I love the Osbornes too! I love Ozzy and Sharon and yes those crazy dogs are great! hehehe

Sorry I don’t know about password protecting in fact I was researching that the other day. So I am still clueless dear. 😛 :-O

Did you get that email I sent you a while back about my friends-only livejournal? It’s only accessable by anyone with an LJ account that is listed as one of my friends, so no one can read it unless you choose them to. (And they need a livejournal account as well.) Whenever I want to write about people from real life or more sad/boring/personal stuff I put it in my LJ. Everything else goes in my blog though. Email me if you want to know more about it, because I haven’t explained it very well here, lol. That sucks so much that your brother read your journal. I remember how awful it was when people from school found my site… and printed parts off and read them aloud to each other. ðŸ™
