On To Bookish News

If you havent been here lately, YES, I am doing it again. I am in for this years NaBloPoMo and I am going strong! (on day 3…)

The night was way short, but I got through my workday OK. Didnt enjoy it one bit though. Took a long nap after I got home. Tried to fix my computer profile, didnt work. How annoying.

On to reading news. I have been reading – what a surprise – and another surprise right now: I have been taking photos of it! *oh my, that came as a shock* A book I can absolutely recommend, is The Song Of Achilles:



Its so good! It is a retelling of the Ilias. Very well written and it has you hooked from the first page on. Very enjoyable and I totally recommend reading it.

I also read this from a German author, didnt enjoy it as much:



Today I want to start We Have Always Lived In That Castle:



I am working on my bookpile. I never seem to make much progress as the books multply themselves by the minute!
