Hot Humid Hotter Humid Hottest
POSTED in: Turtelina

It is/was so so so hot and humid today and the last couple of days. It had 36 degrees Celsius today, unbelievable hot.

Not much to tell really. I get up at 4.00 am, leave at 4.40 am, bike to work until about 5.10 am, start sorting in the mail until about 7.00 am. Post office temperature at 7.00 am today, 29 degrees. *dies* Pack the huge yellow bags, all 3 of them, until about 7.40 am. Leave the post office, start delivering at about 8.10 am, get done between 11.30 (depends on masses of mail), go to the bus, get to the post office around 12.00 am, go to the drinking machine to get some water. And then again, and again and again. Talk to others about the heat. 😎 Start to detuct (word) the important mail and the money. Return the important letters and the money, and talk to group leaders. Start to unpack the undeliverable (word) mail, return tons of mail to sender, send a ton of mail to new addresses and to other post offices. Sort in the new mail. Sort in the ads that came. Today there were 5 (5×350=1500 ads). *dies again* Sort the billions of parcels. Call Daddy to come and pick me up because I don´t manage to bike home anymore.

Earning money is hard. I hope it gets easier soon, AND COLDER!

Now this is why education is important!

( soooo tired )

I don’t know if work gets better with time. I guess it depends on where you working. Hopefully I will get a job I really enjoy after Uni, I don’t want to not like my work FOREVER…!

You’re job sounds difficult, but I’m sure it will become easier for you soon! And yes, education is very important! It’s real life situations like this that make us crazy youth realize it. 😀
