This is a really useful site, especially when you want to have your own favicon. It´s a favicon generator. You can use whatever image you like, and it will make a favicon out of it. It also gives you the instructions on how to do it. Have fun!

By the way, I am not sure you have noticed, actually I haven´t either until I saw it at Veriria´s Palace. I have her PSP Tutorials in my resources. She started a poll, and put the poll code on her site, so people can vote for her tutorials at my resources on her page, isn´t that awesome? I think it is!
