Blood Suckers
POSTED in: Ramblings

I was woken up today by gunfire. War in the 21st century, everything is being broadcasted on TV. I detest people being killed.

I find that normal life right now is impossible. Acadamy Awards. A highlight of the year, but I am not in the mood today. I have the LOTR II DVD laying around since days, but I am not in the mood at all to watch it. Everything seems wrong in a way. We didn´t want that war, but now that so many are already fighting in it, it seems wrong to go and have fun. Very weird situation.

Anyway. Nikki had her first blood sucker (zit?) today for this year. Disgusting bug, we have a ton in our garden each year. *yikes* The bunnies have them too.

Thank you so much to everyone that has been leaving comments.

Hi Connie! Sorry I haven’t talked to you lately…my email has been down. Anyways, hope you are doing better! War is a terrible thing, and I’m just thankful that I don’t know anybody who has gone overseas, but I do hope the soliders fighting return to their homes safely.

Hmm, do you have high grass? Is that it? Awful, awful, awful, those thingies! Aww.. try and cheer up girlie, there are tons of people demonstrating. You feeling bad about everything will not influence the war…

OOo nasty blood suckers!!! Yeah I know what you mean about ordinary life being impossible – I can get on with everything normally enough but the war is constantly broadcast everywhere you go so it’s always on your mind!!! Well anyway, go watch LOTR II (I’m jealous!) and try to keep your chin up girl!
