B2 Customfields Version 2

Mystis released version 2 of the b2 customfield hack. I had aweful trouble with the first release. Lots and lots of errors. *dies*

Version 2 works brilliantly, and I had few problems installing it. But: I still don´t know where to insert it into my templates.

Also updated Dodo´s more hack, and this is a test obviously. :mrgreen:

Hmmmm, only works with one more. *wrecks brain*
