Because my brother is making them again right now, I remembered the question.
Those are Marmelade Palatschinken. The closest alike that I can think off are Crepes. They are different though. You can fill them with what you want, but we put jam in them, marmelade, and sometimes curd cheese. Depends. You can also cut them and put them in soup.
I made them once in America, and my Host brother put peanut butter in them. Ewwww.
