Since Connie who owns this site seems to love turtles, I thought I’d share some of my own love of turtles.
Actually it’s my mom who loves turtles more than I do, it kind of got passed down to me. She has a huge collection of them – they’re made out of clay, stone, ceramic, stuffed-toy-material, even crystal! (my dad got those for her :-D) If I’m in a store and I see a turtle ornament, then more often than not I will buy it for my mom, or at least tell her about it.
What else? When I was a kid we had three tortoises as pets, and they stayed in a box in our garden. They didn’t have names. One day one of them managed to escape and that was pretty devastating. The other two lived on for several more years though.
Did anyone read the book “Esiotrot” by Roald Dahl? It’s hilarious, I love that book.
And to finish off this post, a picture!

HI,

My name is Joylyn. I always thought I was the biggest turtle freak ever. But now i see how many other people love turtles. (It’s hard to believe)
My room is a turtle lover’s heaven. I have a giant stuffed turtle(about 3′ by 2′) and a million other turtle ojects in my room. I absolutly LOVE turtles! alt=”” src=”http://turtelina.net/dailylife/b2-img/smilies/aicon331.gif” />
