My Mom is watching the funeral right now on TV. I already told her that if she is going mental, I am turning off the TV.
By the way, not only Austria has declared four days of mourning, flags are also half mast in Germany, and the president of Cuba has declared mourning, too.
I cant believe that he is dead. I just cannot believe it. The tragic behind it, just not what I can cope with easily. Apparently he was at the hospital this past weekend, and his doctors explicitly told him to stay in over the weekend, he is very very ill. He said no, he had to prepare for his stepping down. We all know what happened just a few days later…

I used to be an altar girl for *thinks* 6 years, from 8 – 14, because of that I have been at innumerable funerals, and I never quite got it then. Maybe a good thing.
On to other more trivial news now…
Yesterday was so embarrassing. Everyone came and asked me how I was feeling, that even the people that were not in when I aehm broke down a little, now know. Ah well. My last guitar lesson was so embarrassing as well. I really should open a blog for Connies Most Embarrassing Moments, it would be packed!
I just saw that 19 people have downloaded my turtle mood icons. None of them left a comment, even though I asked for one, so I could plug. 
Should I make more colours available? I might.
By the way, Austria is having a new reality format! Expedition Austria. Quite a good concept. 11 people have to cross Austria, in a straight line. Because of that, they have to cross mountains, lakes and so on.

I hope the funeral isn’t too traumatic for your Mum and yourself. It is nice that so many countries are in mourning for a super President. I am sure he knew that so many people were behind him. I am reading a book called ‘The Inner Game of Music’, it is really good, it is how to overcome nerves and things when you are playing. Might be of use to you. Did I download your mood icons *checks*. I hope it was ok.. isn’t the funeral over now? I saw even Arnold Schwarzenegger came over to attend. Incredible that before his passing away a lot of us in the world did not know who he was and what he achieved. Pity.. 🙁
