You know that when you are catholic, you have to pay some amount to the church once a year. Well I got a letter today that they want 16.000 Euros. I had a hysterical fit of laughter. They know I am a student, they are completly stupid and out of their mind obviously. Good thing my Dad deals with that stuff.
This stupid concert tomorrow is driving me insane. I made plans today that I will go into my lesson tomorrow and tell him that I will not play simply because I dont want too, and that is a good enough reason after my opinion. I will also tell him that I will never ever play infront of people again, and this is my choice. But really, I am in a music school, they can kick me out for this. A noway street.

Nope. I’m Protestant. It varies from church to church, but the way my church does things, we tithe weekly whatever amount we feel we can give (unfortunately, I don’t end up giving all that much seeing as I’m not working, but I give when I have the money).

Ah ok. 🙂 You are only a a student too Nikki, they cant expect you to pay much to anything. I cant help to get a feeling of sect when I hear people paying for church, that is the reason why a lot of young people leave church and go ateist. A shame too really.
