This must be one of the coolest, or rather most useful Dashboard Widgets I have come across so far. Screenshot Plus. You can make screenshots of Windows, Widgets, whatever. For people on Apple that is.
Not too much going on. Or actually, thats a lie. Lots and lots of grief with my brother, so bad, that it actually made me sick. A day wasted really. My psyche is going insane. Thank goodness for the doggie, whos not leaving my side. Which is a bit annoying actually.
To much better news, I finished the Elfin Scarf, and because I didnt know what to knit next, I am awaiting wool at the moment, I started the Snowflake Socks from Interweave Knits. Good knit, and “easier” than expected. My gauge may be way off, but too early to tell.
Guitar Quartet was interesting. I still have that stupid post office rhythm in me, I fighted falling asleep the whole hour it lasted, a bit embarrassing.
I didnt find a good recipe today, so I have nothing to bake tomorrow, oh no.

I know, one thing I wanted to do was to carry on with the flute - I have not worked hard for 9 years to give up now.
Uni is good - academically very stressful, and I am not feeling too good but oh well.

ich hätte dafür auch noch ein leckeres backrezept für die besten brownies der welt, falls du interesse hast.
Brownies:
(für 25 Stück)
du brauchst:
- 360g Butter
- 490g schwarze Schokolade, geraspelt
- 5 Eier (über 50g)
- 1 Prise Salz
- 540g Rohzucker
- 1/2 TL Vanillezucker
- 450g (Baumnusskerne), ich nehme aber stattdessen Cashews, finde das besser. (zerhackt)
- 360g Halbweissmehl
Butter und Schokolade in einem Pfännchen auf kleinster Stufe schmelzen.
Eier, Salz, Zucker und Vanillezucker schaumig schlagen.
die Eimasse mit der Butter-Schoko-Masse sorgfältig mischen. Mehl und Nüsse darunterheben. Den Backofen auf 180 Grad vorheizen.
Das Backblech grosszügig buttern. Die Brownie-Masse darauf ausstreichen (geht auch auf nem Backtrennpapier) und im unteren Drittel des Ofens ca. 18 Min. backen. Auskühlen lassen und in Würfel schneiden.
