A Turtelly Birthday

I was so dreading this day! The weather was awful, it kept raining and storming, in the end it snowed and stormed… 😯 Birthdays always makes it so real that my parents are not here anymore. My brother didnt even wish me a Happy Birthday, he is so self absorbed.

What totally made my day were turtle presents, yay! ➡ Thank you so much Nicki for another brilliantly handmade turtle card! We remember, last year she made this one. I always love them, and I keep them all on my desk! So special, thank you so much! And I love the wool, its extremely nice and soft. I think I will make a headband out of it. Thank you!

And of course, look at what my friend made, isnt this so amazing?!? Last year she made this one, this year she made this:

Probably one of the best present was that I passed my exam, YAY! No retaking of the course, I am so relieved. 🙂 The worst news: the cancelling of Pushing Daisies. I cannot believe it. The most idiotic shows are still on, and that show was so creative and unique, and all those pies! Damn. 🙁

Thank you all also for all the messages on Facebook! Especially from people I havent heard from in such a long time! Lots of ➡ !

AAAH – ich wünschte, ich wäre etwas kreativer 😉

Ebenfalls noch herzlichen Glückwunsch zum Examen – du hast es sooo verdient.

Sorry, this is a bit late.

You’re very welcome for the card and present, glad you liked them both. The wool is very soft, I can’t wait to see what you do with it.

    The cake looks delicious too.

FANTASTIC news about the exam, so pleased for you.

    *hugs*
