This is such a sad sight. And bad picture as a fact, I took it against the sun on my 10 minute break inbetween a lecture. This is Salzburg in January of 2007. Remember? Same location, but with snow. I wonder if we will get any this year. Sad sad.
Did you know, that suicides are not only committed by “sick” people, but also by totally heathly ones? Which brought up the ethical question, why totally healthy people are not allowed to “do what they want” in this country, but it remained unanswered. Also interesting is that the ratio is 1:3 (female:men), and why? Because women choose less lethal methods than men. Most prone to suicide are men past 70, who knew.
My Dad seems so have cought another bug, apparently he is prone to it due to his heart condition. The doctor was really nice yesterday, while the ER doc last week drew a rather grim picture, the one yesterday was realistic, but hopeful, and we are really hoping that we get some rest after this most recent hospital stay. Worries remain.
I woke up today, turned on CNN, just in time to hear the latest beheadmentnews from Baghdad in way too many details. This is not a proper way to start a day. I am going to turn on Disney Channel from tomorrow on. It will make me dumb and kill any remaining brain cells, but at least it will not make me sick.

No snow here yet either 🙁
I hope your Dad is getting the best of care now…fingers are crossed for the best.
I woke up to that nauseating news too. It’s beyond belief to me that I live in this world sometimes.
Thank goodness for the bunnies! I’m glad they were just eating! 😀
