This Is How You Not Do it

I started my Christmas shopping yesterday. I am not quite sure how it will work out, but it will be turtles. 💡 Naturally. With hearts and flowers. Something that makes you smile when you look at it, but different from the ones I made a few years ago. Hopefully… I want small ones. Dust collectors… Wrapped in little Christmas totes from Etsy. And probably Marmeladen Kipferl. *mmmmh* The plan for the moment. 😆 Photos as I go along.

I learned today, that the reality of something not working out is so much worse than expecting things not to work out. I went to my appointment today, expecting for things not to work out. And yes, they didnt work out, and God am I bummed! Not even funny! We were hoping for a special treatment facility in Bavaria and that as soon as possible. But as it turns out, there are only two Reha facilities for atopic ekzema that is paid by the insurance. One is in Styria, where I already was 2 years ago and one is at the Dead Sea. Either go to one of those, or not go at all. 😯 The doctor was pretty clear about it. So they are sending me to the Dead Sea. I have never been able to tolerate heat well and sweat is deadly for my skin. This is a direct punch in my face. I would almost go as far as calling it a KO in the first round. 😕 The earliest I could go there is April. Quite honestly, even if I would tell myself to just go ahead and try it… if this sunbathing that is prescribed there is not good for me, I am trapped in a hotel room with another person for 4-6 long weeks, not acceptable!

This is destiny and I am trying hard to find the sense in it. What is the big man up there trying to tell me? Help me figure it out please! 🙁
