The Ladybug Girl

This is probably the first entry ever, that I am typing from the garden. Right now the sun in shining, I am in shorts with my laptop on my legs, the doggie is keeping watch beside me, my brother is listening to some kind of audiobook. Very quiet, very peaceful, and warm. That luxury. Lovely. 🙂 Actually, its too hot, but you cant have it all I guess.

I already baked a cake Russischer Zupfkuchen photo, which turned out very delicious, but too rich for me. Shame. Later on I will have to read something for Uni, maybe even start to study for upcoming exam, listen to a Big Brother Radio Special, and clean a bit. There is so much that we need to seperate from. HARD! VERY HARD!

I love little Amigurumi projects! They are always fun. 😀 We are running out of space already, and I am far from being done! I wanted to make a little turtle girl yesterday, but I couldnt find the pattern, so I went for the ladybug girl instead.

Laura Beth! Isnt she adorable? She will get many friends. ➡

The biggest happening this week was probably my decision to go to the health resort in July. Remember the dermatologist applied for me last August, I was scheduled to go in February, but rescheduled, than I didnt want to go at all… But as the skin is never getting better, I am going, and thats final. 29 days. YIKES! The good things: my contract at work will keep running until October. Which means I am going to stay insured, and I will even get my normal payment. AMAZING! The bad thing: I really dont want to go. But its necessary if I want my skin to clear up (would be a first in almost 10 years!), and for me to get away from those evil steroids.

So much for now. *sweats* Off to do some reading! Mo Hayders Birdman. So far so good. Ewww, there is some happening across from us, I can hear the brass band playing. 😐

And: latest Etsy buys: Turtle Pencil Pouch and Pink Sea Turtle Tote.

Plus: New Photo Project! 26 things, a photo for each letter of the alphabet!

Your job is better than getting paid by the hour with no benefits…

Nicki: I cannot watch these things, i get so jealous and depressed, i cant help it. But I watched it last year, and they really were amazing!

Michael: Getting paid by the hour is never a good thing, but until something better comes along, better than nothing! I really cant complain, I get paid extremely well for the kind of work I do that is.
