There really isnt too much to report today. Nikki peed on the carpet in the morning. yes, nablopomo makes me post things like these to fill a post She looked so guilty, you just had to feel sorry for her. Poor little Nikki. She is 13, sometimes she just cant help it.
Yesterday I rang somewhere because there was a letter that needed a signature and even though someone asked who it was, noone came down or opened the door. When I was about to leave, someone shouted out from a window that she is sorry she hasnt reacted before, but she thought there was a child down there. 😯 Unfortunately, I have that happen all the time. I have an awfully young voice and I hate it!!! Especially when I need to be taken seriously.
My pregnant friends baby is now 8 cm, she is happy, at least thats what she sais.
Is anyone following the Amanda Knox trial? She looks awful. Whats your opinion on it? I saw a CNN clip where someone sais that if she had been judged in the US she could have, depending on the state, gotten the death penalty (!) or a life sentence without a chance for parole. Nice system, isnt it. 👿
Maybe tomorrow I have time for some Jiddish letters. Maybe. 🙂

Yes, many states don’t have the death penalty here (thank goodness!)…& she would have to be convicted (which I think might not have happened since there seems to be more than *a shadow of a doubt* that she is so guilty given the evidence.) A jury of 12 people all agreeing is somewhat difficult here too, which is why people seem to be tried 2 or 3 times…& many can get off on mistrials & technicalities. Lawyers, of course, make all the money the longer it goes. It is a lousy system with or without the death penalty.

Oh das ist ja blöde – das würde mich auch nerven.
Amanda Knox musste ich jetzt erst googlen und dazu sage ich was ganz böses: Jeder, der niedergemetzelt wird, ist einer weniger, der zur Last fällt – ich kann echt verstehen, dass man aus Frust/Langweile/Spass/Erregung oder weil man ein Psychopath ist, tötet – der Mensch ist ein Tier – die Zivilisation, die heuchlerische Moral und Ethik aufgezwungen – und je beschissener es da draussen zu und her geht und wir entwertet werden, umso mehr werden solche Fälle nicht mehr im Dunkeln geschehen.
Ich plädiere je länger je mehr für Survival of the fittest – dann wärs für mich nämlich schon überstanden, da ich mich als chancenlos betrachte.
