YupDiDoodleDoo

Only two weeks went by and so much has happenend. As always. 😯 Life never stands still in this household, thats for sure.

One more paper Phoneminventar des Deutschen is done. 13 pages and a real fight to get it done. Distractions from the outside didnt help my concentration at all. But it got finished in time. One paper left. And yes, I realize the deadline was last week. 😥 But as always, there are more people who still need to write papers.

I got my delivery area back. 😀 But I have to deliver the parcels now as well, which is an absolute nightmare. 30 packages a day, very long working days. The people are so delighted to have me back. 😎 It is lovely to be appreciated like that. One woman only heard that I am back, and already left me a present on her mailbox. Almost made up for me getting stuck in the moor. That was dreadful. It took hours until someone came and pulled me out. The joys of delivering mail.

Emma got a bunny for her first Easter. I realize, she is so dark that you can hardly see her! But you can see the bunny, at least.

I baked lots of muffins and found my love for hot lemon with honey, loooove it!

Then I made a padded notebook cover. You cant see it too well really. But turned out quite nice.

Plus brother and I decided for a new weekly routine to improve both our moods: a weekly trip to the bookstore, for now at least. We love our Kindles to death, but it is really nice, to read a real book as well. A work collegue convinced me to keep on reading the George Martin books. Apparently the first one is the worst and it is going only uphill from there. Plus they really look nice in the book shelf. 🙂 Will see how I get on with book #2.

Still going to radiation treatments and burned plus burn blisters. 😕 Turned out, after a few days the ekzema “out-redded” the burn. 😳

The black Union won a fight for me, after 3 1/2 years I FINALLY get the money that I was supposed to get when they downgraded my contract. This is the Austrian Postal Service. Promise something, even in written form, but never do as they said. Insane. Had to sign something that makes me the guilty one (huhhh?), but for that much money, I signed it. Thank you to Friedl for never giving up when everyone else long did!

Still enjoying American Idol, I am rooting for Lazaro for some weird reason…. plus I really like Once Upon A Time, love how they are writing their scripts! I also think this season of Glee is really good again!

This week, we had to say Goodbye to a dear friend of mine who passed away the week before. We knew it was coming, but you still never want to have it happen. She will be missed greatly, by so many friends who got to appreciate her good heart and soul. The funeral was on the exact day one month after we had a lovely get together here in Salzburg. That is the insanity of life. A friend, her friend and I of course attended her funeral. That was not nice at all, to stand infront of the coffin of a young person. I felt horribly for her Mom especially, hugged her twice and cried right along with them. I will really miss her immensely. 🙁 Makes you think and re-think everything and certainly puts everything into a new perspective, once again.

We are waiting for the Easter Bunny to bring us some chocolate eggs! Everything is prepared. 😀

As my ex-doctor friend kept telling me, use each and every day. Always. ➡

@Lucy: Thank you so much Lucy, as always. I felt like the boy in neverending story getting stuck in the moor like that. Thank God it wasnt a horse. 😛

Ah Tabulas…I was reminding of Tibetan sand paintings that are so intricately made & then are taken down to the river & released. The impermanence of it all…ha…even cyberspace.

(grr…I may have to create a Facebook acct.)

    HAPPY EASTER!
