Bucket Bunny

20110801-175719.jpgI am trying to blog from my Ipad now. 😀 And despite having sworn never to participate in any projects again, I will try to finish 31 Days Of August. If I fail, so what. 🙂

I had Puva again today. Will make photos of it the next time, even though not that exciting really. Only have to go twice a week (normal is 3-4 times / week) because I told my doctor I dont want to spend my Uni free time in the hospital every afternoon.

I made a passport cover today, I still cannot sew a straight line, not as easy as one thinks and therefore everything is still quite unstraight unfortunately. 🙁 Lets not talk about measurements, sigh!

I am reading The Swan Thieves by Elizabeth Kostova now. She also wrote The Historian which I really liked. Only 100 pages into it, but I did like Dracula and Co more than love, art and psychiatry.

I think this WordPress App is much better than I thought. Craving chocolate. Sigh.

    The Historian was so much better! I have a problem with all the art talk in The Swan Thieves, I am not a fan of art at all. Other than that it is ok, but nothng more. 🙂 What are you reading rifht now Lucy?

    Swan Thieves bored me to tears…I can’t remember ever skipping over so many pages of a book…I was so disappointed after the Historian.

    Right now I’m reading *One Step Behind* by Henning Mankell…I love his Kurt Wallender Swedish detective series. (It’s the next best thing to me after Stieg Larsson)…

    next I want to read Geo. R.R. Martin’s *Game of Thrones*…having just watched the 1st series of the tv show…I loved it! Visually stunning. Have you seen/read it?

    @Lucy:
    You’ll enjoy Game of Thrones to pieces! If only Martin wouldn’t take so long to publish his continuations to the series… *sighs* but the series surely deserved being turned into a TV show. Albeit, do read the books first 😉

    @Lucy: My brother loves Henning Mankell, too. We have all the books at home but I never read it. I might though when you say its worth it! 😛 Never heard of “Game Of Thrones”, I will make a note to get it. Thank you you both! ➡
