Too Good To Be True

Salzburg is beautiful, can you disagree looking at this? 🙂 Must be one of my most favourite (lucky) shots ever!

I really enjoyed watching the Olympics, but I am glad they are over. I can continue to live my life instead of being glued to the TV. That is why we have no TV. You miss out on so much! Of course, Austria did quite well… look… Dont bother looking for medals, there are none. 😉

I finished The Artemis Fowl series. Sad to let all of the characters go. The last book was really good actually. We could argue about the end… but then this IS Artemis Fowl, so no other ending would have fitted him better. 😉

The domain Turtelina.net turned 11 years in July. 🙂 Time is really flying. So much has changed! Since I am trying not to spend too much time infront of the computer anymore, all of my other domains have expired. I was also able to downgrade my hosting account to the basic Blogger plan, which costs 3,99 dollar/month. Crazy cheap! Comforthost has been very good to me. Not many other hosts would have kept me, since for very long, my domain kept being attacked and used a lot of CPU resources and I really mean A LOT. All resolved, thank God. Even though Aksimet has counted over a million spam comments since it started counting. 😉

I try to stay busy. Meeting friends, hiking and biking, reading, baking, sewing, doing no Uni stuff…

Life is not easy, far from it. And thankfully people are making it so much harder for me. So a friend and I decided that I am going to try something completely different now, for a change. Her mother has a friend, who does all sort of alternative healing. I think we are trying to get rid off that bad energy that is most definitely all over and in me. I will let you know how it goes. I think I am doing it more for my friend than for myself, but I might be surprised after all.

The Hospital situation has progressed by now. But ridiculously little. A friend, her Uni professor husband and me had a review talk on Monday. We are of course not giving up until this has been properly solved. This emotional ride has been crazy and it is far from being over.

To much better news, we found a new puppy dog! I wont get too excited until we have her home, but she is reserved for us. 🙂 She is staying another month with her mummy and then we can pick her up. This is too good to be true.

I got some Uni grades the last couple of weeks, I have no idea how, but I did quite well. Even though I hardly remember participating at all.

Hanging in there. By an itsy bitsy tiny thread.

Itsy bitsy tiny thread sounds pretty good with a new puppy dangling at the end of it! Best of luck with the alternative healing…with an open mind anything is possible!

Love the photos…mountain- wow! I’m in Olympic-withdrawal as well. Happy Hiking! 😀
