The Cube Addiction

I took another week of vacation last week. It was GOOD. 🙂 Lots of thinking, lots of soul searching, enjoying the sun, shopping, having breakfast and lunch with a friend, and so on and on. Really lovely and very much needed. Three days was just not enough, a full week: MUCH BETTER.

I have been taking advantage of having a little bit more on time on my hands (Uni Easter holidays), to do lots of sewing! I am getting better, slowly, there is improvement, finally! I made pillows, an Ipad stand, tissue pouches, bags, little baskets and so on! click thumbs for full size pics

We made an incredibly beautiful evening walk over one of our city mountains, love it by day, at night its quite spectacular!

Of course, I spent lots of time walking around and reading wherever I felt like it. Especially enjoyed Artemis Fowl – Atlantis Complex, totally recommended! (be my friend on Goodreads if you arent already!) It was my intention to get lost in the fictive world over Easter and that worked quite well!

I, of course, could have stayed another week of vacation the the hospital. Skin is so messed up, not even funny. We think that I am still suffering from steroids withdrawal, because even though we are using the biggest guns that are available for immune therapy, nothing is helping. My doctor feels so helpless, so she always sais I should stay, whenever I go to see her. I am supposed to apply for another Israel stay now, because that was the only thing that helped so far. Not too excited about the idea of having to lay around naked all day again! 👿

Easter came and went. There was a British comedy weekend on ITV2, lots and lots of Carry On movies, it was brilliant! Also rewatched for the 1000th time Fawlty Towers. It is course disgusting, that you havent shaved…” HAHAHA For some weird reason, I am addicted to watching The Cube

Not too much else really, other than the, normal for us, family drama and financial disaster. 😡 Oh well. The plans God has for us, absolutely and completely INSANE!

Be very well everyone! ➡

I hereby announce you the sewing productivity queen! 😀 *sticks a colouful accomplishment badge on you*

Sounds like you had a good chance of taking a spiritual breather – and you made use of it! Way to go 🙂
Moooore pillows for the couch. By now I’m starting to wonder if you’re actually feeding your couch pillows, and whether that couch would then be absolutely insatiable! 😉

2 more days. Hang. In. There! 😀 Weather is total poo right now too, so poetic justice dictates it be SUNNY on the weekend!!

Doppelbedeutung!!! Gute Nacht. 🙂

@Peter: Dann viel Spass!
