The weather these last few weeks has been really bad. There were a few nicer days inbetween a lot of rainy ones. So there really is not much of a choice than to use ANY good weather that we have for the bigger projects, like going up a mountain. So yesterday was Untersberg Day. The very first time that I went up alone. It was so exhausting! I had totally forgotten how steep it is, especially the beginning. But it was worth it in the end, as it always is:

The good thing about going up alone is, that you can make as many break as you want. No one cares. 🙂 Disadvantage, it just takes longer until you get to the top:

And I baked bread, which tastes OK but didnt turn out quite as it was supposed to , but it tasted fantastic when you have been hiking for a while, out in the nature under the blueblue sky.

Today I am going to bake Brioche again. It has been a while since I last made them. Now I am going to cuddle up with a good cup of Hot Chocolate to read Rivers Of London, which is quite funny and then later heading to see Sound Of Music at the Marionettentheater. Weather is awful! I might even set up my sewing machine today. We need new pillows!

I have to go to the hospital this week, as well. Chef was on vacation the last three weeks, so it has been a while. Almost 9 weeks!

Now where is my cup of hot chocolate? 🙂
