First of a photo of PUVA as promised. Please read what it is exactly in the article, it explains it so much better than I ever could! not that it is interesting and it doesnt help at all so far

Today seems to be a bad luck day. Lost contact lens first thing this morning in the work toilet. The lens that I carry around as reserve tore as I took it out. Had to bike out to my mail-round one eyed. 🙄

Pouring rain, all morning. It didnt stop once. Worst days as we never get a chance to dry! Soaking wet, clothes sticking to my not very good skin. Rain on face all morning -> very bad. No creme with me, nightmare!

Went to PUVA. First thing the mail nurse said when he saw me “How are you, pretty terrible, arent you”. And out he was to get the doctor. Looked in the mirror: nightmare skin.

I have a date tomorrow. There is no way I am going there like this. I hope he understands. 🙁
